I’ve worked with professional athletes to professional moms and seniors. I offer detailed instructions and modifications, checking in for feedback to ensure every move is productive. Myofascial release and nerve glides are integrated into sessions. No gimmicks or expensive equipment. Over the pandemic, I held classes in my backyard because…. why not?! Bio

Having been a gym rat most of my life, I never expected to find a truly sustainable workout until giving birth, several injuries, neck surgery and my hypermobility journey led me to Pilates. In and out of physical therapy, I armed myself with tools that actually worked and now I’m in the best shape of my life! I provide a specialized approach for each individual. We will get it right and keep it tight with workouts that change how you move for the better. It’s all about the core, hunny!

$85 per hour
We can meet one on one through Zoom to customize a practice that is perfect for you, on your schedule, with your specific needs and level in mind..

In-home $129/hr (Single), $149/hr (Partner)
*In-home private training. I bring the gear, all you need is a mat. Ideal to assess and correct form with hands on guidance.

In-Studio $98–$109/hr
